Citizens 4 Responsible Development

On September 7, 2022, the Orange Avenue Rec Committee made it's report to the Commission. Committee members were appointed by each Commissioner and the Mayor.  The Committee met 14 times and invested much time outside the meetings to create a visual representation of their ideas, which include an event space, a learning center, a virtual reality activity, frozen treat vending from the old ticket window, a cafe with an outdoor space overlooking the water, and outdoor public art.
